📋 Description

  • Own Starlink subscriber growth strategy for Colorado and hit growth targets.
  • Own local market awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance.
  • Execute BD strategies to expand Starlink presence statewide.
  • Identify and build new customer acquisition channels (ISPs, affiliates, utilities, retailers, partners).
  • Drive deal execution from opportunity to commercial agreements and launches.
  • Lead local marketing including field events, community events, trade shows, and activations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, or marketing.
  • Experience with consumer technology, telecom, broadband, utilities, or subscription services.
  • Strong execution mindset; able to operate independently in the field.
  • Experience building/scaling local partnerships and distribution channels.
  • Analytical skills; comfortable tracking funnel metrics, conversion, and ROI.
