🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1+ year hands-on mechanical assembly/manufacturing
- 2+ years electro-mechanical assembly or precision manufacturing (preferred)
- Read mechanical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with RF components, antennas, outdoor telecom gear (plus)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital manufacturing systems
