  • 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in SMB, reseller, maritime, aviation, mobile backhaul, or satellite communications.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering under tight time/resource constraints.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to turn feedback into improvements.
