Treasury Associate - Credit

THE TEAM:KKR’s Global Treasury team is a recently formed, high-impact function within the Global Operations group. The team manages a wide scope of treasury and cash management, including capital calls and distributions, deal funding, FX settlements, liquidity management, and more.

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Treasury Professional to join us during this exciting growth phase. This is a unique opportunity to help build out a global treasury function at one of the world’s leading investment firms. The role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth execution of daily activities across our investment platforms, while also supporting longer-term improvements and efficiencies.

The Treasury Professional will take ownership of a wide range of treasury activities, including managing cash positions, executing wire payments, overseeing collateral movements, and resolving Treasury-related issues in collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to operate in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in treasury operations within alternative asset management, is comfortable navigating complex fund structures, and brings a strong understanding of credit strategies and financial products. This individual should be proactive, organized, and capable of building strong working relationships across functions.

You’ll be joining a lean, entrepreneurial team with exposure to a broad range of asset classes and geographies and will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of a global platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Several years of experience in investment operations or treasury functions within alternative asset management
• Familiarity with corporate bonds, loans, asset-backed securities, and equities
• Strong understanding of operational risk and controls, particularly in a settlement environment
• Experience supporting deal funding cycles, ideally across credit strategies
• High attention to detail, particularly with respect to wire protocols and fraud prevention
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work well under pressure
• Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams
• Experience with treasury systems such as Hazeltree, BMS Everest or Advent Geneva a plus
• Comfort working with outsourced service providers
