• Support IT across Europe (France, UK, Spain, Germany, Benelux) using SIIT.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding to reduce manual work.
• Manage Macs (M5) and maintain hardware with MDM tools.
• Own global IT asset inventory and optimize hardware investments.
• Build Knowledge Base with tutorials, FAQs, and security guides.
• Contribute to internal productivity tools for remote sites and offices.
