Product Manager - Treasury Operations

POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President, Product Manager – Treasury Operations Lifecycle will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology solutions supporting KKR’s global Treasury Operations. This role is central to enhancing automation, control, and visibility across cash management and payments processes.

Based in Dublin, this individual will collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to build integrated products that streamline treasury workflows and strengthen global operational capabilities. The ideal candidate combines deep treasury operations knowledge with strong product management experience and a proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Treasury Operations Lifecyclecapabilities, including bank account management, payments, liquidity forecasting, and reconciliations.
• Drive product vision and delivery across global development pods in Dublin and India, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology architecture.
• Collaborate with Investment Operations, Accounting Operations, and Reference Data Operationsproduct teams to create integrated workflowsthat simplify the operations lifecycle and reduce system complexity.
• Partner with the Transformation Officeto identify opportunities to consolidate systems and streamline KKR’s technology stackacross business units.
• Lead product delivery from requirements through implementation and adoption, ensuring scalability, control, and measurable efficiency gains.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across cash, liquidity, and payment workflows in coordination with Data Engineering and Risk teams.
• Embed audit, compliance, and governance features within core product design.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• ~10+ years of experience in treasury operations, financial technology, or product management, ideally within asset management, investment banking, or insurance.
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and paymentsprocesses.
• Experience leading global product deliverywith development teams in Dublin and India.
• Demonstrated ability to partner across Treasury, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Proficiency with treasury management systems (TMS)and enterprise tools such as SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Workiva, or Hazeltree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across global teams.
