Leveraged Credit Associate/ Principal

📋 Description

• Lead credit analysis on HY bonds and leveraged loans.
• Derive industry trends and themes to support portfolio construction.
• Manage diligence work streams; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct business analyses across a range of companies/sub-sectors.
• Identify relative value opportunities across the capital structure; collaborate on due diligence.
• Develop investment recommendations and present to senior team and IC.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years in asset management, investment banking, equity/credit research, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, finance, and accounting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Interest in investing and strong fundamental business analysis.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $150,000 – $215,000 USD
• Discretionary bonus eligibility based on performance.
