🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years HR experience, ideally in services, finance, or tech.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and credible influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to navigate change.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary range: $100,000 – $130,000 USD.
  • Discretionary bonus potential.
