About the Role

We are seeking a experience leader to join our Treasury Platform Operations (TPO) team. This role is responsible for driving data governance, reporting, and strategic analytics to support global Treasury initiatives. The candidate will work cross-functionally with Treasury leadership, Client Services, Risk, Finance, Audit, and IT/Engineering teams to deliver scalable and forward-looking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Treasury data governance strategy, including rule design in Collibra and quality monitoring across key data dimensions (completeness, timeliness, accuracy, etc.).
  • Own Treasury reporting and analytics via Power BI, delivering insights on global cash positions, counterparty exposure, wire activity, KPIs, and account opening pipelines.
  • Partner with IT and engineering to manage data ingestion (APIs/ETL) into Snowflake and maintain Treasury-owned data views.
  • Enhance reconciliation processes across transactions, capital calls, and interest postings; drive automation and anomaly detection.
  • Support risk integration by embedding risk-weighted metrics into Treasury dashboards and reporting.
  • Collaborate with external platforms (Hazeltree, Bloomberg, SWIFT) to strengthen data flows, governance, and reconciliations.
  • Drive adoption of AI/ML and advanced analytics for forecasting, stress testing, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Finance, or Treasury roles, ideally within financial services or private equity.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Ability to manage standard reports, templates & dashboard.
  • Ability to adhere to the compliance requirements of processes
  • Ability to develop and enhance data protection and management tools or applications
  • Ability to design and execute data management focusing on data governance and data quality activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen with Treasury systems (TMS, SWIFT, Bloomberg), Snowflake, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with interest in automation, AI/ML, and Treasury innovation
