Build relationships with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams globally.
Collaborate on daily tasks and larger projects as assigned.
Understand KKR and Global Atlantic’s business processes and regulatory obligations.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce workloads and improve quality.
Establish strong relationships within the broader KKR organization.
Seek knowledge and provide prompt, accurate responses to inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses required soon after starting.
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience equivalent.
At least 3 years in financial services (broker-dealer, advisory, asset manager, or insurance).
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team.
Ability to process large amounts of complex information quickly and act.

🎁 Benefits

Base Salary Range: $140,000 – $175,000 USD
Eligible for discretionary bonus
