- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and event platforms (Salesforce, Adobe Analytics).
- Strategic thinker balancing big-picture planning with day-to-day execution.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and APAC financial markets; compliance/regulatory awareness (plus English; Mandarin a bonus).
