🎯 Requirements

3+ years in agency recruiting, placing contract accountants.
Proven ability to identify and recruit top talent for job orders.
Strong LinkedIn, job boards, and networking proficiency.
Experience using Bullhorn or similar ATS to track activity.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple open positions.
