Staff Workday Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and optimize Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits) as SME
• Architect and optimize Workday integrations, reports, and security models
• Partner with People Ops, Payroll, and Eng to deliver enhancements and automations
• Support M&A and internationalization via onboarding workflows and data migration
• Contribute to AI-enabled HR solutions to improve workflows and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years with Workday across HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits
• Experience building and maintaining Workday reports, integrations, and security models
• Familiar with Payroll and Finance processes and HR system connections
• Hands-on Workday Studio; APIs (SOAP/REST/WQL); Extend/Orchestrations; Prism a plus
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows; AI-enabled automations a plus
• Translate business needs into system solutions; liaise with tech and non-tech partners
