Staff Workday Developer

📋 Description

• Drive design, configuration, and improvement of Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits).
• Architect and optimize Workday integrations, reports, and security models.
• Partner with People Ops, Compensation, Payroll, and Engineering to deliver enhancements and automations.
• Support M&A and Internationalization with onboarding workflows and data migration.
• Contribute to AI-enabled HR solutions to improve workflows and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years with Workday across HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Experience building Workday reports, integrations, and security models.
• Familiar with Payroll/Finance processes and their HR connections.
• Hands-on Workday Studio; API patterns (SOAP/REST/WQL); Extend/Orchestrations a plus.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate workflows.
• Ability to translate requirements into solutions and communicate clearly.
