🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in qualitative and quantitative UX research; translate findings into product decisions.
- Experience building research infrastructure from scratch (ops, repositories, templates).
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to embed insights.
- Clear storytelling to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with enterprise customers; in-person sessions and interviews.
- Familiarity with AI and enterprise software; knowledge of AI products a plus.
