Staff User Experience Researcher

📋 Description

• Plan and conduct user research: usability testing, interviews, surveys.
• Partner with Product Designers/PMs/Client Services to refine research approaches.
• Define a user research strategy for design and launch of new products.
• Conduct mixed-method studies; analyze data and craft action plans.
• Distill user-centered, data-driven insights to influence product direction.
• Establish a centralized repository for research findings.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of UX research with a shipping product portfolio.
• Track record in strategic and tactical research; workshops/interviews/surveys.
• Hands-on data analysis; familiarity with analytics tools and stats concepts.
• Proven ability to influence product direction with insights.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Curious about technology; able to dive into complex topics.
• Advanced degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, Sociology, or related field.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS.
