🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or related field
6+ years of experience developing and applying spacecraft thermal models
Proficiency with Thermal Desktop, ANSYS, or equivalent tools
Experience anchoring thermal models to test/flight data; drive decisions
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
