🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, or related.
- 15+ years in thermal, fluid, manufacturing or test engineering in aerospace.
- Strong fluid systems foundation: fluid mechanics, P&IDs, test instrumentation, safety.
- Experience developing test automation and data review tools for hardware tests.
- Proficiency in CAD (Siemens NX) for design reviews and documentation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives to on-time completion.
