π― Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, including Backend, Frontend, and Engineer Management.
- Experience hiring for specialized tech skill sets such as cloud security, product security, security operations, or privacy engineering.
- Experience partnering with senior technical stakeholders and providing guidance on hiring decisions.
- Proven ability to build and convert passive candidate pipelines via multiple sourcing channels.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar platforms).
