Staff Technical Recruiter, General Engineering

📋 Description

• Partner with Brokerage, Crypto, and Core Eng leaders to define role scope & interview plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Develop sourcing strategies for security, privacy, governance, and internal engineering.
• Use recruiting data to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and outcomes.
• Ensure equitable candidate experience with clear expectations and timely updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, including Backend, Frontend, and Engineer Management.
• Experience hiring for specialized tech skill sets such as cloud security, product security, security operations, or privacy engineering.
• Experience partnering with senior technical stakeholders and providing guidance on hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to build and convert passive candidate pipelines via multiple sourcing channels.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar platforms).
