Staff Technical Recruiter, General Engineering

📋 Description

• Partner with Brokerage, Crypto, Core Eng to define scope and interview plans
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, closing
• Develop targeted sourcing for security and internal engineering functions
• Use recruiting data to track pipeline health, time to fill, and outcomes
• Ensure equitable candidate experience with clear expectations and timely updates

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting
• Experience hiring cloud security, product security, security operations, or privacy engineering
• Partner with senior technical stakeholders and guide hiring decisions
• Build and convert passive candidate pipelines across multiple channels
• Proficient with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
