Oversee ops across Design Eng, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Supply Chain, and Software.
Manage stakeholders and suppliers for key phase gates.
Define and drive initiatives balancing resources, quality, and schedule.
Identify and mitigate risks; manage scope, schedule, and budget changes.
Maintain schedules, KPIs, and dashboards using Smartsheet/JIRA/Confluence/Excel.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s in Engineering Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
5+ years in technical program management for high-tech hardware.
Experience leading cross-functional hardware/software programs from concept to production.
Proficient with Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, Excel.
Travel up to 10% domestically.
Strong stakeholder and supplier management for phase gates.
