📋 Description

• Acquisition Due Diligence: Lead due diligence for future acquisitions.
• Integration Planning: Develop and execute integration roadmaps and playbooks.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
• Synergy Realization: Track metrics against targets to ensure ROI.
• System & Process Integration: Oversee data, entities, payroll, IT infra migration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in PM/PMO/M&A integration or transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Deep understanding of back-office operations (Systems/Finance/HR).
• Technical knowledge: IT systems integration, marketplace infra, financial data pipelines.
