🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a TPM or similar driving large programs.
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with ambiguity.
- Strong technical fluency in distributed systems; comfortable with Staff+ engineers.
- Connect strategy to execution and drive programs from framing through launch.
- Experience defining program-level KPIs and using dashboards/experiments.
- Strong stakeholder management and partnerships across Product, Engineering, and business.
