- Lead planning, coordination, and execution for the HW NPI team for manufacturability.
- Collaborate with design engineering, internal manufacturing, purchasing, supply chain, and CM.
- Schedule cross-functional meetings to unblock engineering for manufacturing readiness.
- Act as liaison between Manufacturing and development teams for CM/product launches.
- Track manufacturing items/documentation for OEMs and customers.
- Provide manufacturing readiness status updates, risk assessments, and mitigations for weekly reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience managing engineering changes in short schedule development cycles.
- Experience with developing safety-critical hardware; robotics, automotive, or aerospace/defense.
- Experience launching new hardware products to market and managing hardware product life cycles.
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Strong PLM experience with Arena or similar tools.
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
