🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in PMO and/or engineering leading complex cross-functional programs
- 3+ years IT and/or engineering background
- Proven experience managing large, complex tech-enabled GTM programs
- Strong understanding of GTM functions, CRM platforms, and Lead-to-Quote processes
- Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering; translate goals into actionable plans
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheet PPM, GSuite; familiar with MongoDB or similar tech
