Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead technical, operational deployment of manufacturing automation initiatives.
• Design, prototype, and optimize automated manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with factory teams to set OKRs for automation.
• Draft requirements and RFQ/RFPs; manage supplier engagement.
• Design and execute FAT/SAT; integrate machines into factories.
• Monitor OEE, Yield, CpK, and FMEA; report to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Advanced Manufacturing and high-speed automation.
• Prioritize tasks for AMEs and suppliers from concept to SAT.
• RFQ to PO, vendor engagement, and value engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
• Leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or allied field; willing to travel up to 30%.
