Staff Technical Program Manager, Expansion PMO

📋 Description

• Own and maintain master interdependency tracker across pipelines.
• Drive cross-functional accountability across Legal, Finance, Eng, and Ops.
• Ensure intake gates and reviews stay on schedule; flag deviations.
• Maintain real-time demand-to-execution reporting; manage intake forms and dashboards.
• Prepare steering committee materials and exec program reviews.
• Build scalable systems: intake workflows, milestones, reporting cadences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management or program ops.
• Experience building complex interdependency trackers across multi-workstreams.
• Strong command of Asana, Smartsheet, Airtable; design scalable workflows.
• Natural accountability driver; follow-up, escalate, unblock without friction.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; manage many threads.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; or equivalent.
