🎯 Requirements

- Experience managing physical test environments (HIL/SIL) balancing fleet bandwidth with demand
- Master Jira and Smartsheets; build data-driven dashboards for system performance
- Deep experience with PM methodologies where software aligns with hardware development
- Desirable: autonomous vehicles, robotics, or automotive industry experience
