- Own and drive large-scale programs focused on infrastructure scaling and global capacity expansion.
- Plan and execute high-impact programs, such as consolidating small Data Centers into larger, cost-effective sites.
- Drive resource optimization initiatives, including harvesting unutilized memory and drives from deployed servers in DigitalOcean’s Data Centers for use in building new servers.
- Translate product growth and business demand into clear, actionable capacity and infrastructure plans.
- Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to align on forecasting, investment strategy, and prioritization of projects focused on scale.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, and Infrastructure Engineering.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles in cloud infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs with high business impact.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure systems (compute, storage, networking) and how they scale.
- Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, or supply/demand management in a technical environment.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business-related field.
