Staff Technical Program Manager - Cloud Capacity & Engineering Ops

📋 Description

• Own and drive large-scale programs for infrastructure scaling and capacity expansion.
• Plan and execute high-impact programs, consolidating small data centers into larger, cost-effective sites.
• Drive resource optimization, harvesting unutilized memory and drives for new servers.
• Translate growth and demand into actionable capacity and infrastructure plans.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to align forecasting and investment for scale.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Data Center Ops, Supply Chain, and Infra Eng.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management in cloud infra, data centers, or distributed systems.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs with high business impact.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure systems (compute, storage, networking) and how they scale.
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, or supply/demand management in a technical environment.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business-related field.
