Staff Technical Program Manager - Cloud Capacity & Engineering Ops

📋 Description

• Own and drive large-scale infrastructure scaling programs.
• Plan and execute consolidation of small data centers into larger, cost-effective sites.
• Drive resource optimization by harvesting unutilized memory and drives.
• Translate product growth into capacity and infrastructure plans.
• Lead cross-functional execution across DC Ops, Supply Chain, and Infra Eng.
• Establish and evolve capacity planning, utilization tracking, and forecasting accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management in cloud infra, data centers, or distributed systems.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs with high impact.
• Strong understanding of compute, storage, networking, and how they scale.
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, or supply/demand management.
• Operate at strategic and execution levels, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset; using data to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
• Exceptional communication; simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field.
• Data center ops, hardware supply chain, or global infra deployment.
• Familiarity with capacity modeling, forecasting tools, or infra planning systems.
• Experience in hyperscale cloud environments.
