Staff Technical Program Manager, Classified Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end execution of the Classified Infrastructure roadmap.
• Orchestrate Low Side prep for High Side work and ensure requirements clarity.
• Guard the critical path by identifying risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Establish operating model for U.S. Public Sector environments and audit readiness.
• Drive maturity of governance, metrics, and cross-boundary processes.
• Manage vendor and partner cadence with SLAs and milestone delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in TPM or Engineering Management.
• 2+ years in regulated environments (FedRAMP, DoD IL4/5/6, Top Secret).
• Experience operationalizing compliance frameworks and sustaining audit readiness.
• Strong fluency in AWS, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience managing vendor ecosystems and SLAs.
• Jira/Atlassian tooling expertise for cross-boundary dependencies.
• Bias for action, accountability, and schedule ownership.
• Ability to align Sales, Engineering, Security, and GRC toward federal growth.
