Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own the successful delivery of complex cross-functional programs.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Finance.
• Develop and execute product vision and business objectives with data-driven insights.
• Drive technical programs to maximize business value delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in PMO and/or engineering leading complex programs.
• 3+ years IT or engineering background.
• Experience managing large, tech-enabled programs.
• Experience with full-stack engineers and enabling productivity.
• Ability to break down engineering challenges and deliver against goals.
• Ability to participate in technical design discussions and summarize trade-offs.
• Deep user empathy balancing product goals and engineering constraints.
• Hyper-organized and able to coordinate across multiple streams.
• Role model for effective execution with strong priority and urgency.
• Familiar with MongoDB or comparable technology.
• Strong partnership with technical stakeholders.
