Strong knowledge of change management, SDLC, and SLOs/SLIs.
Shaped roadmaps and managed dependencies.
Able to query and interpret metrics, logs, or data to inform decisions.
Excellent communicator across engineers, partners, and executives.
Low-ego, collaborative, ownership-driven problem solver.
