Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs, including TPMs.
• Autonomously manage programs by decomposing problems into work streams; identify risks.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, security, legal, compliance, finance, GTM to align.
• Exercise independent judgment in methods and criteria to obtain results.
• Communicate program plans, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
• Drive the definition and design of new processes and evaluate new technology and tools.
• Routinely mentor and coach other TPMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years driving complex, multi-year technical programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across orgs.
• Independent thinker; navigate ambiguity to solutions.
• Self-motivated; proactive; adapts in fast-paced tech.
• Extensive Agile and Waterfall SDLC; Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet.
• Enterprise SaaS experience; mentors TPM teammates.
• 12+ yrs in tech/product; 2+ yrs in dev/QA/back-end/infrastructure; BS/MS.
