📋 Description

• Strategic Program Management: Lead high-impact Process Intelligence programs (Data Integration, Task Mining, GenAI). Drive full-stack initiatives and influence roadmaps to deliver core product capabilities.
• Architect the Foundation: Define the operating system for the India hub and implement scalable frameworks for quarterly planning and roadmap operations.
• Global Strategic Bridge: Align India Engineering with global leadership; translate goals into concrete execution plans across Infra, Data, and Apps.
• Technical Authority: Drive technical rigor; contribute to engineering, product and design; discuss API contracts, microservices, and database scaling.
• Risk Management: Tame ambiguity by identifying unknown unknowns early and designing mitigation strategies.
• Mentorship & Velocity: Mentor leads, coach TPMs, and relentlessly automate processes to accelerate delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or Senior Software Engineering (7+ years in cloud-based software).
• First on the Ground DNA: thrives in ambiguity and creates structure from unclear paths.
• Technical Fluency: background in software development or systems architecture; ability to discuss APIs, microservices, and DB scaling.
• Global Operator: managed programs across time zones; influence cross-region stakeholders and synthesize exec-ready updates.
• Strategic Problem Solving: break vague problems into clear roadmaps with milestones and owners.
