📋 Description

• Lead Siemens Partnership program end-to-end.
• Design operating rhythms: sprints, risk, exec readouts.
• Coordinate AI core extraction (DFM/IQE) into Siemens PLM.
• Bridge mechanical engineering workflows with AI/SaaS development.
• Hybrid schedule at North Bethesda, MD or Waltham, MA.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Eng Mgmt, or PM.
• Deep PLM/CAD experience; Siemens NX/Teamcenter, Solid Edge a plus.
• Proven ability to manage API-level and native integrations.
• Cross-functional leadership across Eng, Data Science, Product.
• Executive communication and risk management; leadership readouts.
• Bachelor’s in CS/ME or related; advanced degree a plus.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $156,000 - $185,000.
