🎯 Requirements

- Strong expertise in audio/video signal flow
- Video switching / technical direction
- Live streaming and remote tools (VMix)
- Experience supporting distributed or multi-location productions
- Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- BA/BS or equivalent practical experience
