  • Own strategic outcomes for 4–7 strategic accounts.
  • Build relationships across tech teams, stakeholders, and exec sponsors.
  • Develop long-term success plans linking goals to Cloudinary capabilities.
  • Drive adoption, value realization, retention, and growth.
  • Partner with Account Management on renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify risks early and drive resolution across teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • EAST COAST ONLY.
  • 5+ years in CS, TAM, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or similar.
  • Experience managing strategic, enterprise, or high-value customer relationships.
  • Strong executive communication to summarize issues, frame trade-offs, and recommendations.
  • Technical fluency with SaaS, APIs, web tech, media workflows, DAM, CMS, or eCommerce.
  • Experience partnering with Account Management, Sales, Product, Support, and other teams.
