- EAST COAST ONLY.
- 5+ years in CS, TAM, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or similar.
- Experience managing strategic, enterprise, or high-value customer relationships.
- Strong executive communication to summarize issues, frame trade-offs, and recommendations.
- Technical fluency with SaaS, APIs, web tech, media workflows, DAM, CMS, or eCommerce.
- Experience partnering with Account Management, Sales, Product, Support, and other teams.
