- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with security practitioners, architects, and executives.
- 5-10 years of experience supporting SaaS enterprise software.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science; knowledge of networking concepts; experience integrating heterogeneous security environments.
- Familiarity with SIEM and SOAR in enterprise environments; strong organizational skills to handle multiple clients.
