Collaborate with engineering disciplines to design safety-critical aircraft systems.
Lead cross-functional team to conduct operational and functional analysis.
Define and decompose system requirements with traceability across architecture.
Develop robust system architectures with interface definitions.
Define and manage technical/programmatic performance measures (cost, weight, performance).
Enable full system safety compliance to applicable regulations.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of aerospace engineering with significant software and hardware.
BS/MS/PhD in systems, electrical, general, or computer engineering.
Expertise in SAE ARP4754 and ARP4761 processes.
Experience with RTCA DO-178 and DO-254.
Experience with Polarion or other requirements tools.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and engineering judgment.
