Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Power Conversion

📋 Description

• Lead PPAP and APQP for electrical assemblies to enable scalable launches.
• Own cradle-to-grave industrialization from early DFM to end-of-life.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact CAPA at supplier sites.
• Define methods for new supplier programs; supervise resources to meet OEE targets.
• Mentor domestic and international CMs; uphold industrialization timelines.
• Travel up to 20% to audit sites and verify process stability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in new product development and power conversion manufacturing.
• BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Deep PPAP and SCAR experience; manage supplier quality systems.
• Experience building BOMs and drawing packages for cost and scale.
• Lead without formal authority and mentor internal and external partners.
• Experience in high-voltage/high-power equipment build, test, and commissioning.
