📋 Description

• Own end-to-end CM electronics industrialization lifecycle.
• Lead PPAP and APQP quality frameworks for reliability.
• Architect manufacturing standards and top-level assembly processes.
• Resolve complex production issues with CAPA.
• Mentor suppliers to improve OEE and yield.
• Embed DFM/DFMA into early designs for mass production.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of electronics NPD (PCBA, SMT, thru-hole, box builds).
• Deep PCBA manufacturing and electronics industrialization expertise.
• PPAP/APQP implementation and supplier quality management with data metrics.
• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in electronics manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
