Conduct DFM reviews; apply APQP for efficient, high-quality production.
PPAP, FAIR, and 8D experience in problem solving.
Analyze defect data; lead root-cause investigations (8D/PPAP/FAIR) and corrective actions.
Willing to travel up to 50% of the work week.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related STEM field
10+ years in supplier quality/development.
AS9100 and ISO 9001 knowledge.
NASA quality standards and ERP/MRP experience.
Manufacturing processes for space hardware: forming, cutting, machining, assembly.
PPAP, APQP, FAIR; 8D problem solving.
Willing to travel up to 50%.
