Serve as technical contact for rocket parts; resolve quality issues to protect schedules.
Lead new product introduction by selecting methods and suppliers.
DFM reviews; apply APQP, PPAP, FAIRs, and 8D problem solving.
Manage supplier sourcing and evaluations; drive corrective actions and standards.
Create specs for quality and manufacturing across the supply base.
Analyze defect data; perform root-cause investigations and actions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related STEM field.
10+ years in supplier quality with AS9100/ISO 9001 and ERP/MRP.
Space hardware manufacturing: forming, cutting, machining, assembly of stainless and carbon steels.
Experience with PPAP, APQP, FAIRs, and 8D problem solving.
Self-starter; define and own processes; travel up to 50%.
