🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aerospace or Systems Engineering
- 7+ years in spacecraft systems engineering, integration, or mission design
- Proven ability to manage complex systems across vendors and customers
- Strong understanding of spacecraft subsystems and interdependencies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through integration, test, and launch campaigns
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership across technical boundaries
