🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aerospace or Systems Engineering
  • 7+ years in spacecraft systems engineering, integration, or mission design
  • Proven ability to manage complex systems across vendors and customers
  • Strong understanding of spacecraft subsystems and interdependencies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through integration, test, and launch campaigns
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership across technical boundaries
