Understand customer requirements; grow trusted relationships through the sales lifecycle.
Support PoCs during the evaluation process.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
Coordinate with support, product, and engineering to meet customer needs.
Create technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and services.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in software/SaaS sales engineering or SWE/SE management.
Strong understanding of cloud trends and open source business models.
Strong listener and communicator.
Lead discussions with PMs, engineers, and executives.
Enthusiasm for fast-paced startup culture.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD, and AI/LLM technologies.
