Coordinate with support, product, and engineering to meet needs.
Create technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and services.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years software engineer and/or sales engineer mgmt in SaaS/Open Source/Enterprise.
Solid understanding of cloud computing trends and open source business models.
Strong listener and communicator.
Lead discussions with Product Managers, Engineers, and Executives.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms.
Experience with APIs, CI/CD automation frameworks and AI/LLM technologies.
