📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and build secure, scalable full-stack solutions with Next.js.
• Actively contribute to the codebase balancing architecture with delivery.
• Embed SOX and compliance into architecture, data models, workflows, and code.
• Design AI-augmented features and agentic workflows using Cursor.
• Architect, customize, and extend headless CMSs with Payload CMS.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate Figma designs into UI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack experience; 2+ years as Solutions Architect or Senior Tech Lead (hands-on).
• SOX-compliant environments experience and clear compliance impact articulation.
• Expert Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript and state management.
• Backend with Node.js/Python/Java; API design REST/GraphQL; SQL/NoSQL modeling.
• Hands-on with CMS platforms, Payload CMS or similar headless CMS.
• AI-assisted development tools and AI-augmented workflows; Figma collaboration.
