🎯 Requirements

5+ years full-stack dev; 2+ years in Architect/Lead; hands-on.
SOX-compliant design, development, and deployment experience.
Expert Next.js (App Router) and React with TypeScript.
Backend: Node.js/Python/Java; API design (REST/GraphQL); SQL/NoSQL.
CMS experience, Payload CMS or similar headless CMS.
AI-assisted workflows; Figma collaboration; strong cross-team comms.
